Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition (THE REVIEW)

SUPER STREET FIGHT IV 3D Edition (THE REVIEW)
by Andrew "Chowder" Velasco

Ah, it has been a long time since a new Street Fighter has made an appearance on a Nintendo Console. Whether you're new to this franchise, or a hardcore pro this title offers a little something for everyone. This game has got to be one of, if not the best title released on the 3DS..... so far.

So basically the game is all about fighting. It offers 35 familiar characters from the Street Fighter Franchise. Arcade mode is the mode we all love from the original Street Fighter, you fight and you fight until you can't fight any more. Either you lose, or you beat the boss. Each character gets customized cutscenes for arcade mode. The single player mode is loads of fun, but multiplayer mode is where this game really shines.

This game offers both online and local multiplayer. Who would not love to beat the living sh*t out of some kid in Indiana?, well in Street Fighter I mean. The online play is flawless and plays at the same rate as arcade mode. It is a great feeling beating others and building up your online rank. And if your not into that, then kicking your best friend's butt is just as exciting, and again only in Street Fighter, I wouldn't want any of you getting arrested.

Gameplay: 8/10- Fighting, fighting, and more fighting. Just alot of glorious fighting!

Controls: 9/10- easy to learn with touchscreen controls, even a Street Fighter n00b like me could kick a**, and experts can use pro control mode.

Graphics:9/10- The 3D really adds depth and does not give me headaches unlike like some other unmentionable games *cough*madden*cough* And the game graphics rival the big consoles like PS3

Sound:7/10- While I dig the sound effects and epic announce voice, some of the stage themes seem generic

Sex Appeal:10/10- Chun-Li, nuff said :3

OVERALL=9/10- I would recommend this game to anyone with a 3DS, whether your a Street Fighter n00b like me, or a seasoned vet, this is truly the first must have title for the 3DS. So be sure to pick up your copy NOW!!! (if you don't already have it).
