Find Mii (3DSWare) Review - Cats and Hats and Ghosts, Oh my!

Find Mii is a game that is part of StreetPass Mii Plaza, and it's probably the only thing so far that'll get you excited for Streetpass. The Plot is that your Mii is a king, but it get put in a cage and kidnapped by ghosts. Super original, right? Anyways, you play by using Mii's you get from StreetPass or by hiring Warriors with Play Coins. The hire able warriors are either cats, dogs or rabbits, depending on your Mii Settings.

You fight ghosts by using either your magical sword which can apparently kill ghosts, or by using magic, which is where it gets interesting. Each Mii or warrior has a differently colored shirt, and each color corresponds to a different kind of magic. For example, brown magic summons another warrior, red magic attacks ghosts with fire, and black magic surrounds you with darkness.

However, Find Mii isn't the kind of game you play often, because you can only use each warrior once. Then they go away. Forever. Which means that you have to keep buying heroes or Streetpassing. The warriors cost 2 Play Coins to buy, which isn't that much, but it gets tedious if for some reason you can't Streetpass. Also, your warriors are kind of pansies, because instead of getting killed in glorious and honorable battle, the ghosts scare them away by sticking their tongues out. Truly these are the best heroes in the kingdom!

So you might be asking me "Why would I ever play this game?" First of all, it's free, which is dandy. But the real reason you want to play is that you can earn hats for your Mii, which you can put on them and show off in Streetpass. It's very fun to say "Oh, you have a Pikmin hat? Well I've got some damn cat ears, so you can stick that in your pipe and smoke it."

Gameplay - RPG's are good. Free is good. Free + RPG = Very good. For a Streetpass launch title, it's excellent. 8/10

Graphics -
Looks better then most Wii games. 9/10

Sound -
Really cute. Puppies bark, Kittens meow, ghosts go "BLAAAAAAH". 9/10

Controls - Only uses Up, Down and A, and that works fine. Not much variety, though. 7/10

3D -
Very, very good, for some reason. Why is it so good? WHY MUST IT MAKE COMMIT MURDER MOST FOUL TO THE PARANORMAL? 10/10

Random Category! - Characters - Yes, there are characters in this game. As with all games. Pass!

Price - $0 (or the amount of dollars emulation costs. I MEAN THAT EMULATION IS BAD. Yeah, saved myself there...)
FINAL SCORE - 8.9/10
